Recently our store manager Jakob Lund hosted a trip to Christmas Island with a group of anglers, and the trip was a total hit! Everyone had a complete blast in paradise, and each person's cabin fever was cured. The trip was filled with bonefish, giant trevally, bluefin trevally, yellowfin trevally, yellowfin tuna, goatfish, triggerfish, queenfish, and some other tropical fish species. The fish made blistering runs, and challenged and rewarded the anglers. All of the equipment was battle tested and everything proved worthy. No bugs, no critters, not too much humidity, and a relatively constant temperature made the time spent beyond enjoyable. Basically a perfect paradise!
